Britney Bald

Caught another cold so I spent the weekend getting rest (ie. playing video games). I had a really bad sore throat that I treated with some fine, raw honey we bought in Switzerland last year. Mmmmm, makes it almost worth it. Almost.

Needless to say, I ended up watching a lot of TV too but I got tired of hearing about Britney's crazy stunt. It's amazing what passes as news. I give up on the 'media'. Too many "reporters" writing sounds like OpEds, rather than journalism anyway.

Hope ya'll had a good Mardi Gras last week. What did I give up for Lent? 'Being lazy and not working out'...ok don't count this weekend.

Anna Nicole RIP

I'd been in Dallas for a few days to check up on the remodel of a Planet Tan location and to work on some more radio spots with the Dallas Stars Planet Tan Ice Girls and the Mavs Dancers. Nothing award winning but more of a 'real people talking' sort of radio campaign. We'll have over 15 spots by the time I'm finished.

Every train wreck has to have a fatality. In this case it was her.

Goundhog Day DC

Happy Groundhog Day!

Actually I hope for more winter on the east coast, only because we haven't had much of it in NY. Whilst the rest of the country has had too much of the white stuff. I heard it even snowed in Dallas!

Giselle and I are in Washington D.C. for her Birthday with sister Ro visiting from S.F. They've drained the reflecting pool and the fountains to keep them from being damaged due to ice buildup. So we got a rare opportunity to walk in the empty reflecting pool from the Lincoln memorial to the WW2 memorial.
